Holding an AGM within six months after the end the fiscal year is a requirement of being incorporated as a non-profit in Saskatchewan. The following business activities takes place at this meeting of the membership:
Review, and correct if necessary, minutes of the previous AGM,
Approve the audited financial statements, including reports to the board,
Receive any other board or committee reports,
Vote on any bylaw amendments and/or additions, and
Elect/acclaim new directors
