Howdy November!

Is there snow on the ground near you yet? Well, there sure is here in Saskatoon today. We’re eternally optimistic that it won’t get too cold yet.

Office Closures this Month:
Wednesday, November 7th – 12:00 – 4:00 pm
Monday, November 12th – in lieu of Remembrance Day

Chapter News

Prince Albert Historical Society: A reminder that the Museum is open every Thursday from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. There will also be a special opening on November 11th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

Saskatoon Archaeological Society: Join the Saskatoon Chapter on November 23rd, 2018 at 7:00 pm in Archaeology Building Room 132 (55 Campus Drive). The November speaker will be Tim Panas (Parks Canada; Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, University of Saskatchewan) speaking on “Sand Dunes on the Northern Plains: The Last 6000 Years”. All are welcome to attend!

Want to know what we’ve been up to at the office? Would you like to stop by for a chat? This Fall, we’re having Drop-in Tuesdays on the last Tuesday of the month from 1:30-3:30 pm at the Archaeology Centre! Stop by, say hi, and have some coffee/tea and fresh baking with us!
